Thomas Chalissery
President
Mr. Thomas Chalissery has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry buying and selling various properties. He had been a real estate agent in BC for 23 years before retiring and focusing on property development.
Mr. Thomas Chalissery has been in the construction industry for over 19 years. He has assembled an experienced crew whom are mindful of the company's high standards and quality.
Mr. Thomas Chalissery has a Master's Degree from the University of Toronto and obtained a diploma in Human Resource Development from the University of Toronto.
Jeff Chalissery
VP Operations
Mr. Jeff Chalissery started his formal career as a realtor and developer when he was 19 years old. He received his real estate certification through UBC Sauder at age 19 and at the same time was studying and received an engineering degree at UBC (BASC). Over and above his academic success, he also was able to manage the construction of several projects throughout those years. Although officially he began his career at 19, he had been working closely with his father in the real estate and construction industry since a very young age.
He has been a realtor at Sutton Centre Realty for 15 years and has been recognized with several sales awards. He has solely marketed and sold out several projects of varying scale. In his time as a realtor he has already received the following Sutton Centre Realty awards:

Mr. Jeff Chalissery has also been very active in the construction industry. He has completed the rezoning, development and construction of several single family homes and townhome projects. Most recent being Parkfront Homes, Dogwood Homes, Alderson Homes, Parkfront Terrace & The Luxury Homes At Ruskin.
Mr. Jeff Chalissery has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the University of British Columbia and also received his Real Estate certification through the Sauder school of business at the University of British Columbia.
